Community Participation Work was launched in Sep 2000 to demonstrate God's love in practical ways. Our philosophy is to serve the community unconditionally with the love of Christ.

MISSION: To serve the community and to meet felt needs.

BLESSING:  We bless the community for example, with distribution of free Chinese New Year 'ang pow' envelopes, annual calendars and used school textbooks, besides praying for the well-being of the residents.

FELLOWSHIP:  Interactive activities such as games carnival and movie-screening for the residents as well as excursions for the tuition classes are organized. 
 
MEETING FELT NEEDS:  Based on two household surveys conducted in 2001 and 2003, we are carrying out projects such as enrichment seminars on marriage, parenting, stress management and financial management, health screening and counselling services, to meet ascertained felt needs. Food hampers and financial assistance are given to the needy on a case-by-case basis.

We are expanding our current Primary 1-4 intake of English and Mathematics tuition classes on Saturdays to include Primary 5 in 2004 and Primary 6 in 2005. The students are invited to join the KIDZ Club after the tuition sessions.
